The Special Security Unit (SSU) of the Sindh Police actively participated in the PHC Job Fair and Education Expo 3.0 held at Hall No. 6 of the Expo Centre Karachi, drawing significant attention from young attendees.

 

The unit’s presence aimed to highlight the role of the security sector, promote modern policing methods, and encourage youth to consider careers in law enforcement.

 

The event, organized by the Pakistan Hindu Council, brought together a wide range of public and private organizations including the Pakistan Navy, Anti-Narcotics Force, NADRA, Traffic Police and the National Bank of Pakistan, offering job seekers the opportunity to connect with potential employers from across the country.

 

At the SSU stall, visitors were introduced to the unit’s services, its highly trained commandos, ongoing in-service education and training programs. The interactive setup received a positive response, with many young visitors showing a strong interest in joining the force.

 

DIG Sindh Police Security & Emergency Services Division Dr. Maqsood Ahmed visited the SSU display, remarking that events like this play a key role in helping students and graduates explore career opportunities while enabling organizations to attract skilled and capable individuals.

 

The Special Security Unit’s display remained one of the most visited at the expo, reflecting a growing public interest in professional policing and national service.
