On the directives of Additional IG Karachi Imran Yaqoob Minhas and DIG Security and Emergency Services Division Maqsood Ahmed, SSU commandos including Lady Commandos conducted flag march in different areas of Karachi on the occasion of Independence Day.
Independence Day Shooting competition held on the occasion of 75th Independence Day at Special Security Unit (SSU) headquarters.
A guard of honor ceremony held at SSU headquarters in wake of Youm-e-Shuhda wherein, senior officers and police personnel of Security & Emergency Services Division participated to pay tribute to the martyrs of police. A contingent of SSU Commandos presented guard of honor.
Additional IG Karachi Imran Yaqoob Minhas visited Special Security Unit headquarters where he was welcomed by DIG Security & Emergency Services Division Maqsood Ahmed, Commandant SSU and other senior officers. He was presented guard of honor by contingent of SSU.
DG Rangers Sindh Major General Iftikhar Hassan Chaudhary today visited the Special Security Unit Headquarters where he was welcomed by DIG Security and Emergency Services Division Maqsood Ahmed and senior police offiers. He was presented a guard honor by a special contingent of SSU commandos.
A passing out parade ceremony was held at Naval Special Operations Training Centre (NSOTC), Karachi where 31 commandos of Special Security Unit (SSU) acquired 8-weeks Counter Terrorism Course from Special Services Group (Navy).
